YOUR INFORMATION
SA Luxury Hire uses your account details, contact information and uploaded identity documents to prepare and manage your rental, review driver eligibility and maintain rental records. Only authorised staff can review your documents. Upload clear copies of the requested documents; do not upload bank card photos, card numbers or security codes.
Records and files are held in cloud storage. Card setup, when enabled, is handled on Stripe’s hosted page. The rental system receives a payment method reference, card brand and last four digits. It does not receive the full card number or CVC.
Your phone number or email is a login identifier. Registration does not itself verify contact ownership. We send an email code before online booking and email the customer-signed agreement to that verified address and the company mailbox. Uploaded ID images are not emailed with the agreement. Register using contact details that belong to you. The team will check original identity documents at collection. Your account password must remain private.
We retain information as needed to manage your rental and applicable record-keeping obligations. To request access, correction or deletion, contact hello@saluxuryhire.com.au. Deletion requests are reviewed against rental and retention requirements.
